When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, preferred rental date, party size, and message you provide, along with whether you agreed to receive text messages and when that agreement was given.

We do not collect payment information through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We use your information only to respond to your rental inquiry, confirm availability and bookings, and communicate about your reservation. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Your information is never shared outside of Wavy Water Sport's LLC. When you sign our online rental agreement, we collect your name, contact details, driver's license information, signature, and the photo of your driver's license or ID that you upload. We require the photo of your ID solely to verify that the person renting and operating the boat is who they say they are, as required for our rental records.

Your ID photo and signed agreement are stored in a private, access-restricted location and can only be viewed by the owners of Wavy Water Sport's LLC. We never sell, rent, publish, or share your ID photo or agreement with any third party, advertiser, or marketing service. The only exception is if we are legally required to produce records — for example, a lawful request from law enforcement, the Candlewood Lake Authority, or our insurer following an incident.

We keep signed agreements and ID photos only as long as needed for our rental, insurance, and legal records. You may ask us to delete your ID photo after your rental is complete by emailing info@wavywatersportsct.com.

Program description. If you opt in, Wavy Water Sport's LLC will send you text messages related to your pontoon rental inquiry, availability, scheduling, and booking confirmations.

How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on our contact form and providing your mobile number, or by texting us directly. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and booking activity.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out. Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further texts will be sent. You may also call or email us to be removed.
